Moreover, microbial can enhance content digestibility nutrients nontraditional diets while decreasing quantity crude fiber anti-nutritional elements such as tannins. The functional components (organic acids, bioactive peptides, lactic acid bacteria) found fermented increase cattle, pigs, sheep, broiler productivity, carcass quality, intestinal health, immunological function, so on.
